Shipping & Delivery Policy – Club of Tails
At Club of Tails, we know how important your pet’s happiness is. That’s why we make sure every order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible. This policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with order details.
- After dispatch, we will share a tracking ID and courier partner details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Kolkata & nearby regions: 2–3 business days
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
- Remote / difficult-to-reach areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festive rush, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a standard delivery fee of ₹49 applies.
- Any additional charges (if applicable for oversized/heavy products) will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Coverage
- We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
- At the moment, international delivery is not available.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
- If delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeline, you can contact us with your order number for assistance.
- In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier may return the parcel to us. A re-shipping fee may apply in such cases.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Products
- Please check your package at the time of delivery.
- If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing/wrong items, kindly inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
