Refund & Return Policy – Club of Tails
At Club of Tails, we value your trust and strive to make your shopping experience worry-free. While we always deliver high-quality pet products, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or cancel an order. This policy explains when and how you can request a return, refund, or cancellation.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase (digital or physical) is required.
- Only products purchased directly from www.cluboftails.com are eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless received damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered:
- Pet food & treats (opened packs are non-returnable)
- Bedding, mats & travel supplies
- Cat litter
- Health & wellness products (including supplements)
- Grooming products & supplies
- Feeding bowls & feeders
- Toys
Note: In case of combo packs, partially used/opened units are not eligible for return.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately (within 10 days) if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or missing.
- You received the wrong product.
- Your item is lost in transit.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order before dispatch by emailing or calling us.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return (as per above conditions).
- Club of Tails reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspicious activity, bulk orders not meant for personal use, or stock unavailability. Customers will be informed via email/SMS in such cases.
Return Process

- Our team will verify your request and share instructions for return shipping.
- Products sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, you can choose:
- Full refund to your original payment method, OR
- Store credit for your next purchase.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/issuer.
- Store credit will be issued within 48 hours of approval.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered, Club of Tails will bear the shipping costs.
